What we do to protect your shipment, your business, and the chain of custody on every run.
🛡️ Insured Operations
We carry commercial insurance coverage confirmed and bound per client contract requirements. Coverage documentation is provided to business accounts that require proof of insurance as part of onboarding — ask your account contact for current certificates.
✅ Driver Verification
Every driver joining our contractor network completes a license, vehicle, and insurance verification step during onboarding before running any account.
🔒 Chain-of-Custody Procedures
Legal, title, and escrow deliveries are tracked on a signed FRE Rule 901 evidentiary ledger — origin ingest, in-transit custody, destination transfer, and clerk recording are each signed off, with a digital copy available.
🏥 Medical-Support Delivery — Current Capability
Our team includes a HIPAA-certified staff member. We have not yet completed a formal HIPAA-compliant handling program, business associate agreements, or medical-courier classification — until that's in place, we do not transport regulated specimens or handle protected health information. We're happy to discuss your specific requirements before booking a healthcare-adjacent run.
🚚 Vehicle & Cargo Handling
Drivers follow basic inspection and secure-cargo procedures before each run. High-value cargo (declared value over $5,000) is flagged automatically at booking for additional handling care.
📞 Incident Response
Any delivery issue — delay, damage, or a missed window — is reported to your account contact directly by dispatch, not left for you to discover.
